Pros: aromatic, nice feel to it.
Cons: smell was almost overwhelming even before lighting.

I chose to smoke this cigar first since the smell was so strong, and I couldn't help but think about it everytime I looked into my cigar stash. I had to go outside and smoke it, so I set out with a glass of water, my wooden matches, and the cigar. I didn't take any photos, because I didn't have a camera with me. I'll be sure to carry one with me from now on when doing reviews. Please excuse my review, since it is my first ever. (BTW, I'll take any and all suggestions in order to improve my reviews.) Thanks.

Scent of wrapper: It was botanical, almost a bit flowery. As I mentioned before, it was a bit strong.

Appearance: The cigar was in great condition.

Wrapper: No marking or inconsistencies that I was able to notice.

Feel: spongy, I believe.

Tongue: I was surprised by the flavor. I was expecting sweet, but got a bitter note instead.

Flavor on Draw: I'm not sure what flavor I tasted on the draw. It was a bit like coffee, but since the flowery smell was still there, it combined to make it a bittersweet taste.

Light: I toasted the foot and then proceeded to light it. It was a fairly easy light and an even one, too.

Taste/Flavor Changes: As soon as I started smoking the cigar, the bitter taste to it became almost as overwhelming as the initial flower smell. I had to take a few drinks of water after the first few puffs, in order to sort of wash my mouth out. About 1/3rd of the way through, I noticed that the taste started to be prevalently that of a black coffee, which I'm not a fan of at all. I also noticed that the smell wasn't affecting the flavor as much anymore. About 2/3rds of the way through the cigar, I almost started gagging from the taste of black coffee, as it was not mellowing out.

Strength: It was a medium strength cigar, I believe, even though the flavor was strong.

Scent of smoke: I'd expected the scent of the smoke to be flowery or cinnamon-y but instead, I didn't notice much of either in the smoke. It almost smelled like smoke from a 'regular' cigar. I actually enjoyed the smell of the smoke.

Heat on Fingers and in Mouth: I felt little to no heat on either my fingers or mouth, until I was down to the last bit of it.

Draw: It was a smooth, easy draw. It started off a little tight, but almost immediately became easier. I think it may have been due to the shape.

Finish: Again, black coffee, but perhaps more bitter than usual. I likened it to the taste of Guinness, but not in the good way.

Burn: It started off a little uneven, but once I took 5-6 puffs, the burn evened out,and stayed so throughout the cigar. I did not have to touch up or re-light.
Ash: It held a very good ash. It got up to about 1 1/2" before the light wind blew the ash off.

I would not recommend this smoke, just because I'm not a fan of any sort of scent or flavor added to cigars. I'm sure if I did enjoy a flavored cigar, I may have liked this one enough to recommend.
