Description: Torpedo 7x54
From cigarsinternational.com
The Gurkha Fuerte is something special, one of the rarest Gurkhas in existence. A mere 80,000 cigars were produced for 2007. The vintage Costa Rican Maduro leaf is enchanting, a prized ‘96 wrapper that’s dark, toothy and oily. The filler blend is composed of of Cuban-seed Nicaraguan and Honduran long-fillers. Together, these supremely aged, choice tobaccos marry into a luxurious bouquet of powerful yet balanced flavor. Rich, toasty hints of dark chocolate tease the palate, and a long and lingering aftertaste of sweet pepper coats the mouth. The cigar’s strength grows in intensity as it burns, completing an eventful and satisfying cigar you’ll want to savor again and again.

Pros: Great taste start to finish
Cons: Uneven burn starting at halfway point

Pre-smoke:
Scent of Wrapper: Not totally sure, but I would say a hint of coffee.
Sent of Foot: Sweet
Appearance:
Wrapper: dark beautiful wrapper
Feel: Spring
Tongue: Spicey
Flavor on Draw: slightly Sweet
Smoke:
Taste: Dark coffee with a hint of spice. More spice after halfway point.
Strength: Full flavor getting stronger as it was smoked
Feeling Nicotine builds after 2/3 done
Sent of Smoke: spicy from the start
Heat on Fingers and in Mouth: Heat built as burn problems started about halfway point
Draw: Very good
Finish: Spicy taste on lips, plus lingering coffee taste on tongue
Other Aspects: Only downside was that I had to touch it up a few times because of uneven burn. This did not affect the taste only the experience and caused the heat of the cigar to increase. I do not remember the price paid, but would mark this as one of my best cbid purchases.
