Description:

Pre-smoke
Scent of Wrapper: slight hay scent
Wrapper: smooth, dark oily wrapper. Started to come undone from the start. One water spot on it, a couple small veins along the length.
Very nicely constructed, unfortunately as noted before had wrapper problems soon after lighting up.
Feel: Very firm, slight springiness to it.
Tongue: light tingle
Flavor on Draw: light tobacco flavor
Smoke: Not overly profuse but it was pleasant.
Taste:
(1) started out slightly nutty
(2) evolved into a more of a woodiness to it
(3) still slighty nutty, woody and picked up a hint of pepper
Strength: I would say a medium but just barely, then toward the last third firmly a medium
Feeling: An enjoyable cigar that though young was a good cigar. With some age and time to let it blossom and the flavors marry better this will be a top-notch cigar.
Scent of Smoke: can't put my finger on it but it was very pleasant.
Heat on Fingers and in Mouth: barely noticeable.
Draw: Due to high moisture content (due to the young age) it was a VERY hard draw, had to use a cigar awl to loosen it enough to be able to smoke it.
Finish: Quick finish , light pepper tone, very pleasant finish
I would refer this cigar to a friend, though I would definitely let this one age for at least 6 more months, though. I am not saying this to detract from the cigar, by all means try it.
I give it a 6.5
With age this would definitely score much higher.
