At first glance this cigar looked absolutely delicious. The wrapper was dark chocolate in color and shiny with oozing oils! Upon closer inspection I found a paych and some reddish brown specks. I was surprised of this inconsistency in the wrapper's appearance.
I lit this bad boy up and WOW, what a nice smoke. Med. to full body with lots of flavor. This is an after meal cigar for sure! The thick maduro wrapper gave me some problems burning and I had to retouch it several times to get the wrapper to burn evenly with the filler but then again it is a double maduro!
Despite the cosmetics this is a great smoke. At a lttle over $5 per for a stick this size and shape it is a greta value. The velvety box also adds to the whole experience. I would definitely buy more!
