The wrapper was a nice chocolate brown shade with nearly a vein. Silky smooth. This cigar was sitting in my humidor for over a year.
Pre lit aroma was not aromatic. Just nice smelling tobacco. I was smoking the perfecto size. I cut about 1/4" using my xicar. The draw was slightly firm with a slight sweetness.
1st/3 started with a nice nutty flavor. Not a ton of smoke and the draw was still a bit tight. Very smooth, with NO spice. Burned very straight.
2nd/3 I decided to cut a bit more to try and loosen the draw. It worked and i started getting much more smoke as well. This cigar stayed fairly nutty with a nice toastyness. Still very smooth. Burned really well but i had a slight tare in the wrapper half way down.
3rd/3 It stayed fairly nutty with that nice toasyness. Didnt get any spice on this cigar. Would have to say very medium bodied. Burned great and did not get hot. Smoked it to the nub. The slight tare never got worse.
Final thoughts. This cigar was medium bodied. Had short finish. The smoke had a pleasant aroma. Burn was great and the ash held on for dear life.
