Description: Litto Gomez has released a small-batch Cameroon cigar. Packaged in boxes of 50, the bandless Cameroon Cabinet cigars are available at select cigar retailers. Only 500,000 sticks will be made.
The cigar consists of a Dominican and Nicaraguan filler held together by a Dominican binder enveloped in a Cameroon wrapper. "This is not the same blend as when I first made them. I wanted the Cabinets to reflect La Flor Dominicana today, which is more of a full body," said Gomez. The La Flor Cameroon Cabinet comes in three sizes: No. 1, which measures 6 1/2 inches by 44 ring gauge; No. 4, which is 6 1/4 inches by 54 ring; and No. 5, at 5 by 50.

Pros: Very nicely blended cigar, good aftertaste, rolled and smoked fantastic.
Cons: None come to mind. Highly recommend this smoke.

Pre-smoke

Scent of Wrapper: Very nice scent of cedar..

Scent at Foot: nice tobacco aroma. still young and I feel these will get better with age.

Appearance

Wrapper: Clean Cameroon wrapper. Hardly any veins. Nice cap and consistent in color.

Feel: Very nicely rolled. Good fill throughout the cigar. No soft spots or plugs.

Tongue: Not a lot of flavor on the tongue.

Flavor on Draw: Nothing special comes to mind. A bit cold outside for this one.

Smoke

Taste: This one started out a bit spicy for my taste but mellowed as my evening progressed. I paired this smoke today with a nice rum. Lots of smoke. Hints of coffee comes through and began to mellow after the first inch. 3/4ths of the way I tasted some notes of floral and enjoyed this one down to about an inch before I put it down to rest. No bitter tastes like i sometimes get from smoking a cigar quickly. Lasted about 45min.

Flavor Changes: See above.

Strength: I would rate this one med to full in flavor and strength.

Feeling: N/A

Scent of Smoke: Too cold nd windy to get a real good smell of the smoke.

Heat on Fingers and in Mouth: This smoke never got hot.

Draw: Very good draw throughout the cigar.

Finish: Nice finish left on the palate.

Other Aspects of the Cigar Smoking Experience: A very enjoyable smoke. I'm glad a have a few of these to rest and some to give out.

Final Rating: I rate this 8 – Great quality and tasting smoke.
