Pros:
|
Perfect Construction, Great draw
|
|
Cons:
|
Sort of mild for me.
|
|
Pre-Smoke
Sent of Wrapper: VERY Strong Cedar smells from the wrapper here.
Sent at Foot: Earthy tobacco
Wrapper: Very nice light bown Ct Shade wrapper
Feel: Firm, but not hard
Tongue: nothing noted
Flavor on Draw: nothing other than a very nice draw, not much in the way of flavors
Smoke
Taste: This is a very nice MILD cigar. There were mild cedar and wood flavors throughout this Churchill cigar. This was not unpleasant in anyway, but I am more of a full flavored type of smoker. I think that the flavors were very consistent throughout the cigar, and a mild cigar smoker would really enjoy this cigar.
Strength: This was a very mild smoke.
Sent of smoke: I was outside, and there was a breeze making this hard.
Heat on Fingers and in mouth: none noted.
Draw: Very nice draw, not to loose and not to firm.
Finish: Nothing much from the finish.
Other aspects of the Cigar Smoking Experience: While this was a mild cigar that I would not like to smoke everyday, but I am sure that there are people out there who will love this cigar. The burn was perfect, and never deviated from the straight line it started on. There was a nice firm ash, and a good amount of smoke. All in all I would give this a 7 rating as Very Good, as I know there are many of you that would enjoy this mild smoke.

Pros:
|
Great construction
|
|
Cons:
|
Plugged, impossible draw, tunneling, too mild
|
|
Pre-Smoke
Scent of Wrapper: grass, hay, straw
Scent at Foot: Grass, hay
Wrapper: gorgeous wrapper, perfect natural color, no veins
Feel: Consistant, spongy but firm
Tongue: Nothing noticed
Flavors on draw: Freshly mowed grass
Smoke
Taste: Slight grass flavor, quite mild, like smoking dirty air
Flavor Changes: Nothing really changed
Strength: Mild throughout
Feeling: Quite boring. I was wanting more than this cigar was able to deliver
Scent of Smoke: Grass and a burnt smell
Heat on Fingers and Mouth: Nothing noticed, but it plugged about 1/2 way through.
Draw: Even though it was a spongy construction, the cigar plugged early on and was hard to draw, which turned into impossible to draw.
Finish: Unpleasant and the grassy tastes couldn't be shaken.
Other Aspects: This cigar had a great wrapper and feel, but was not pleasant at all. I quivered at the scent of grass and hay when smelling the wrapper. I thought this was going to be a decent stogie because of the construction, but that's all it had that was positive. I would not recommend this cigar to anyone.

Pros:

Nice wrapper slight veins
|
|
Cons:

No taste
|
|
Pre-Smoke---------
Sent of Wrapper: Hay with slight cedar.
Sent at Foot: Rich Dirt.
Wrapper: Nice wrapper very small veins—over all good appearance.
Feel: Not a tight but firm feel.
Tongue: Again a woodsy taste.
Flavor on Draw: Good draw and some slight hints of cedar.
Smoke-----------
Taste: Mild to Medium cigar with taste of wood & earth to include a faint taste of cedar. I usually enjoy a mild to medium once in a great while but this one is different. I can’t put my hands on it but reminds me of the Macanudo line.
Strength: Mild
Sent of smoke: Woodsy
Heat on Fingers and in mouth: No heat on either.
Draw: Draw was constant and good.
Finish: Constant taste no change.
Other aspects of the Cigar Smoking Experience: This was a well made smoke, burn well and someone that smokes mild cigars I would recommend it too. The smoke was not as I would expect from a fuller bodied smoke but would from a milder one. The taste I was not fond of but it was not a bad mild smoke over all.

Pros:

Perfect construction, good burn, firm ash
|
|
Cons:

Too mild without much flavor
|
|
Pre-Smoke
Scent of Wrapper: light and sweet
Scent at Foot: not much smell- a little earth
Wrapper: light wrapper looks shade grown
Feel: Medium
Flavor on Draw: light- not much taste
Smoke
Construction: Perfect
Taste: mild grass- not much taste here
Strength: Very mild
Scent of Smoke: nice aroma
Finish: a little bitter
Draw: very good- no problems
Ash: Nice firmness with greay ash
Burn: Good all the way through
Overall: Very mild cigar. Not unpleasant (although the finish was a little bitter). Couldn't ask for a better constructed wrapper, but much too mild and didn't have much taste. There are other mild cigars in this tasting panel, but they have more flavor. I would recommend this cigar only to a new smoker or somebody trying to transition from flavored cigars.

Too mild
|
|
Pre-smoke
Scent of Wrapper: Sweet cedary scent
Scent at Foot: I get a woody scent
Wrapper: Fairly light in color. Def. a shade grown. No real big veins
Feel: A bit of give. Has one hard spot toward the cap which im hoping doesnt create draw problems.
Tongue: Nothing noted
Flavor on Draw: Very faint, with a good draw.
Smoke
Taste: I found this cigar to be very mild tasting. Had some hints of cedar and grass. Not strong enough to really get a lot from this cigar.
Strength: Again, very mild
Scent of Smoke: Couldnt tell
Heat on Fingers and in Mouth: Nothing noted
Draw: Pretty decent. A little resistance.
Finish: Short finish. Maybe a little bit of the cedar note
Ash: somewhat firm. Was a bit flaky at times, but held on ok for the most part
Burn: Burn was pretty nice. A little uneven at times but maintained well.
Other notes: Not a bad smoke. Not up my alley as far as flavors are concerned. It was a bit too mild for me. Construction was pretty good. I would suggest this cigar for a novice or first time cigar smoker.

Pros:

Pleasant taste
|
|
Cons:
|
Lack of character, draw could improve
|
|
Pre-smoke
Scent of Wrapper: Light sweet scent
Scent at Foot: Same with stronger tobacco scent
Appearance: Very nice elegant looking smoke.
Wrapper: Light natural attractive wrapper
Feel: medium firm. Nothing like the feel of an elegant looking, well constructed churchill in your hand.
Tongue: nothing notable
Flavor on Draw: Sweet tobacco
Smoke
Taste: Pleasing light crispy clean tobacco taste. Not particularly interesting in any way, but nice.
Strength: To me this cigar was very mild.
Feeling: Good.
Scent of Smoke: nothing notable, other than pleasant tobacco scent.
Heat on Fingers and in Mouth: None
Draw: Some give on the draw. I prefer a slightly looser draw. I wanted more smoke on the draw than I was getting. Nice burn.
Finish: Clean.
Other Aspects of the Cigar Smoking Experience: I prefer cigars with a bit more character, but I found the mild flavor pleasing. As an elegant mild smoke, it's a hit. Job well done. It will appeal to new smokers looking for a mild, elegant smoke.

Pros:
|
good everyday cigar
|
|
Cons:
|
no stand out flavors
|
|
Scent of wrapper: The scent was a subtle sweet tobacco
Scent at foot: Some spice and sweetness
Wrapper: A clean looking wrapper that was well made but had a green blotch about the size of a penny at the foot
Feel: It was soft but not squishy
Tongue: Not much
Flavor on draw: Tiny spice and bitterness
The smoke: The cigar started in the medium range and was only so-so. The flavors were kind of like a dusty wood that was salty, it made me very thirsy to smoke this cigar. It was an average smoke that did not disappoint or deliver. The second third added some traces of leather and the wood flavor became more defined. The end was much the same with out any real stand out flavors.
The feeling: The smoke was decent and had a good feel in the mouth and nose
Scent of smoke: There was some woody and earthy smells
Draw: The draw was a little too tight for my liking
Finish: The finish was fine and short
Ash and burn: This was one area the cigar shone in. The ash held for a good while and was straight burn that never needed any touch ups
Overall: I think this is a cigar that people will polarize around. I could see how some would like it and others not as it kinda hugged the middle of the road. I though it was decent and would be a good mild yard gar.
