Well this one was resting in the Humi for a while and It called my name as soon as I saw it. I snatched it out and went for the punch, but could not find it. I used the notch cutter on this beauty.
Construction- It was a nice looking cigar. Had a loose feel to the actual stick. It seemed the draw would be very leasy. Nice cap on it and very nice bunching in the foot.
First 1/3-The light was nice with the torch. I toasted and then lit. It seemed to burn very slow and even. The initial flavor was spicy and peppery. It had almost a corojo flavor finish with a hint of bitterness. It left a creamy mouthfeel. It started to mellow out about 2/3rds way through.
Second 1/3-It was nice and creamy with a nice peppery flavor and alot of earthyness to it. The spice seemed to mellow out a lil.
Last 1/3-I did not nub this one as it was getting a little warm towards the last 1 1/2" The flavor did get a lil more intense as it heated up. I had absolutely no burn problems with this stick. I would like to try another one to see if I actually like these or not. I really could not make up my mind wether I did like it or not.
