Pros: Nice aroma and splendid taste.
Cons:

The Full Sail cigar is a dark box pressed cigar. The cigar had a wonderful maduro smell before the light. I clipped the cigar and the cap held together, but the draw was tight. There was a wonderful sweetness in the draw.

First Third: The draw was tight, but the burn was nice and even. The flavors are a smooth and earthy. The smoke is fairly thin, this could be because of the draw issue.

Second Third: The draw has loosened a bit, and the burn was still even. A nice pepper flavor has appeared with the smooth earthiness. The smoke is getting thicker.

Third Third: The burn is still even and draw has loosened nicely. Now the cigar had a strong lovely peeper flavor. I am a happy camper.

Conclusion:
The Full Sail cigar at the end had a great taste and wonderful smoke. It was a shame that the plug issue delayed the wonderful experience. I guess that is just one of the risks of smoking a box pressed cigar. I would recommend this cigar to any smoker.

Pros: Taste; construction; draw
Cons: uneven burn; price

I was really excited about trying this cigar so my review may be biased; I've heard alot about the Bucanero brand from the forum and dogwatchsocialclub.com so there was alot of hype surrounding this cigar before I lit it.

Wrapper: somewhat grassy tobacco scent on an mildly oily dark brown wrapper

Foot: very sweet floral smell; maybe nectar?

Appearance: wrapper was inconsistant in color with some blotchy dark spots but beautifully constructed; a piece of the wrapper tore off when I was removing the band because it got snagged on a vien, but luckily it was wrapped nicely enough so that the wrapper stayed put and allowed me to enjoy it.

Feel: Not too spongy; not too hard - feels like I'm in for a good drawing cigar

Flavor: The first few puffs tasted slightly grassy like an unaged cigar, but after a few puffs that changed quickly into the great maduro flavor I've come to love so much. A little before halfway of the cigar the spice picked up. Mmm, a great smoke.

Smoke: light and creamy; slightly floral scent

Draw: light; very good - I had heard these were are all draw tested before shipment. The burn was very uneven though; once I corrected it - it seemed to taste alot better.

Finish: Chocolate maduro flavor; can't really taste the multiple blends of tobacco they use but a good smoke nonetheless.

Strength: I smoked it right after I woke up from a nap, but it seemed medium to full bodied to me. I started feeling the nic kick about halfway through the Full Sail.

Overall feeling: a great cigar, but I don't think I'd buy them for the price they charge. I could buy 2 of alot of other cigars for the same price and be just as happy. The Bundelos seem like a good deal though; I should give those a try. I'd recomend this cigar on the flavor profile alone. I think these would be great with a little more age, but I really enjoyed this cigar and thank the board for the wonderful smoke.

Final rating:
I'd give it an 7.5-8; between very good and excellent based on the ICRS, but on my own scale of very good and excellent cigars- I'd give it a 9.

I nubbed it so I must've loved it.
